However, you have to consider that this house is also a very good buy for lodging (giving 2 space for 1 cp). all of the houses on block 1 are actually quite efficient for storage, with 1-1 and 1-2 both giving 3 space for 1 cp.houses 2-1, 3-1, and 5-1 also give 3 space for 1 cp.. You can rent a storage box for 10 contribution points and place it in your residence. you can get this at the town storage manager. it links to the town storage though, its not its own inventory..
